The Finance Committee provides counsel and advice to the District Board of Directors on financial matters, reviews the financial reports of the District, prepares the District budget and oversees the activities of the Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) in the New England District. Members of the Finance Board are appointed by the District President, subject to approval by the District Board of Directors.
